Contact form submissions

When you complete the contact form on this site, the following information is collected:

This data is collected for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to respond to a business enquiry you have initiated.

Form processing via Formspree

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree Inc., a third-party service. Formspree acts as a data processor on behalf of Ger Kirby Consulting and handles your submission data solely to deliver it to us. Formspree is GDPR compliant and a Data Processing Agreement is in place. You can read Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Web fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. This is a standard technical request and no personal profile is built from it. If you prefer to avoid this, you can block Google Fonts requests in your browser.

No cookies or tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or any other form of behavioural tracking. No data is stored in your browser.

How long is your data kept?

Enquiry data submitted via the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to and conclude your enquiry, and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. Data is not retained beyond 24 months from last contact.

Who is your data shared with?

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party involved in processing your data is Formspree, solely for the purpose of delivering your form submission, as described above.
